what is soflamenu?
soflamenu is an online food ordering service listing restaurants
in your local area. you can place orders from participating
restaurants and have the order delivered directly to you or arranged
for pick up.

how does it work?
soflamenu is comprised of a network of restaurants listing their
menus for you to order from. to place an order simply go to
the search page
and browse restaurants in your area and choose from their online
menu. then we simply forward your
purchase to the restaurant
and they process and deliver the order.

how much does it cost?
there is no cost for using soflamenu.
you only have to create an account with us to use
the service.

how do I order?
ordering is easy, just follow these simple instructions:
- search for restaurants in your area
- select your desired restaurant
- create a shopping cart from their online menu
- login and submit your order

can I check the status of my order?
you can check the status of your order by going to my
account and clicking order status

can I place orders in advance?
you can place orders up to 7 days in the future from the current date. while
checking out you will see a section called "preferred pickup/delivery time".
In this section you can choose what time you would like your order to be
prepared.

do I have to sign up to use the service?
yes. you have to create an account to
use the service. we only use the information collected in the registration
process
to provide the restaurants with the proper delivery information.

how are payments processed?
soflamenu does not process payments. we simply
forward the order to the restaurants and they take care
of all
the payments.

how about credit cards?
credit card information is passed securely (through our secure
website using SSL encryption) to the restaurant and they
charge your credit card. soflamenu does not process
any of the payment methods used by the restaurants.

are there other payment methods?
payment methods depend on the restaurant you are ordering from.
the methods will be listed when you place your order. not all participating
vendors will offer the same payment methods.

how do I search for a restaurant?
simply enter the zip code on the search
page to see a listing of all the participating restaurants
in your area.

can I special order?
you can give special instructions for menu items when ordering.
you may also include special instruction for the overall order
when checking out.

can I change an order?
orders can be changed throughout the ordering process, but once
you submit the purchase the order can no longer be modified.

to cancel an order once you have submitted it, you will need to
contact the restaurant directly.
